基本控制措施   主要可采取降低破碎机噪声与建立隔声问的方法。

降低破碎机噪声可采取下述措施：(1)在出料口装置消声通道，防止内部噪声向外辐射；(2)在破碎机和支承结构之间安装具有高度内摩擦的材料作为衬垫，以减少振动的传递；(3)在所有破坏物料撞击处加装耐磨的橡胶作为衬板；(4)对破碎机旋转零件仔细进行平衡，减小圆锥轴套和偏心轴间隙，以降低振动强度；(5)给料板和进料漏斗的传动表面与机架外壳覆盖阻尼材料，减少噪声的辐射面积；(6)破碎机安装在防振基座上。采取上述措施后，破碎机整机噪声可降低约15～25dB(A)。

建立隔声间。为操作工人建立隔声操作间，或将破碎机所在局部车间改造为简易隔声间。前者适用于破碎机厂房与其他厂房相距甚远，对周围其他人群影响不大和较难于使用降低破碎机本身噪声措施的情况。
