圆锥破碎机出现故障的原因是什么
1故障：油流指示器内没有油流，油泵运转，但油压低于49.63KPa（0.5kgf/平方厘米）。
原因;(1)油温低   （2）油路开关没有关好   （3）油泵不好使
消除方法;(1)将油加热    （2）检查油路开关  （3）检修或更换油泵
2故障;过滤器前后压差太大。 
原因;过滤器堵塞。
消除方法：油压差超过39.23KPa（0.4kgf/平方厘米）时需清洗过滤器。
3故障：油压升高的同时油温也升高。
原因;油管或机内油路堵塞。
消除方法;停机找出堵塞点，并消除。
4故障;油温超过60摄氏度，但油压未升高。
原因;机内转动的摩擦部位有毛病。
清除方法;停机检查球瓦、衬套、止推垫片等摩擦面，找出故障的原因。并排除之。
5故障：油箱中的油量减少，油位显著下降等。
原因;(1)机底部端盖漏油，  （2）传动轴法兰漏油，    （3）碗型轴承座或瓦上的回油槽堵塞了，致使从防尘装置漏油。
消除方法;（1）、（2）原因，应停机紧固螺栓或更换垫片消除之。（3）停机检查，清洗油路和油槽，并调节油量消除之，处理后应该补加油料。
